The use case

A works council managed employee advantages the way most do: spreadsheets, email threads, and a folder of PDF forms. Discounted tickets, holiday vouchers, family events, all of it tracked by hand for 2,400 members.

The head of the CE brought the idea to Planeloop, which shipped a member portal in French, English, and German, connected to the company directory for sign-in, and synced with the internal HR system so membership is always current. No file exports, no duplicate records.

Planeloop also generated what nobody had budgeted for: smart documentation that stays in step with the product, and a chatbot that answers members questions in their own language. Alongside it, a full backoffice lets CE members manage members, advantages, budgets, and campaigns themselves.

The GDPR team was concerned, as they should be with member data. The IT team ran a full security review and found zero vulnerabilities. Data stays inside the company perimeter, and every change Planeloop makes is logged and reviewable.

Security, by construction

An internal tool holds the company's most sensitive workflows, so the security bar is the point, not a feature.

What it replaced

Building and running Avanto the traditional way means hiring a team. This is what that team costs every year, before recruiting, management, and churn.

Roughly one percent of the cost, live in weeks instead of quarters, and it never stops improving.

Who runs it

Avanto runs itself on Planeloop, watched over by the Control Room. The head of the CE approves sensitive changes from the Human-to-decide list; everything else is autonomous.
